How to Register Multiple Staff Members from the Classes Tab?

From the GO! dashboard and navigate to the Classes Module.

To add multiple staff members from the My Classes module, Administrators can either create a new class or edit an existing one. Click on the ellipsis (⋮) icon to edit a class and proceed to Step 2. The same process applies when creating a new class.

Step 2: Add Students
Once the administrator lands on the Edit Class screen, they can navigate to Step 2 of the process by clicking on the Add Students bubble.

Clicking on the + Add Multiple will display Add Multiple Accounts screen.

The Administrator can notice that the tabs are ordered as follows: Students, Teachers, School Admins, District Admins. By default, the Students tab will be displayed.

Adding Multiple Staff Members
Click on the Teachers tab to navigate to the Teachers, add multiple screen.

The District dropdown will be automatically default to the assigned district.

From the School dropdown, select the specific school where staff will be assigned.

Note: Only System Admins can change the district selection.
Choose the "Teachers" tab (tabs are ordered: Students, Teachers, School Admins, District Admins).

Enter the number of staff accounts you need to create in the numeric field. Click the "+ Add Accounts" button to generate that number of empty rows in the spreadsheet-like interface. The user needs to key the following details to Add a Teacher.
- School - based on selected School
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password
After keying in the Number of Accounts field, click the +Add Accounts button. The system will immediately generate a list of Teachers entries corresponding to the number specified by the administrator.

For each teacher's new registration, the administrator will have to key in the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address

- Password*: Field for setting a common password for all generated accounts.
- Generate button: Generates passwords in password field based on the entered number of accounts.
- Choose Grade Level*: Dropdown to apply a grade level for all accounts.
- Apply button: Applies bulk changes (like password or grade) to all listed students.
- Clear All button: Resets all entered information.
Admin have the flexibility to assign unique passwords to individual teachers, if they choose to customize these settings.
If a teacher entry is not required or was added in error, click the red trash bin icon next to the entry to remove it from the list.

A green confirmation message is displayed when the entry is successfully deleted.

After completing all teacher entries, click the blue Continue to Review button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen. This will navigate the admin to the Review and Submit screen. Whereas clicking on the Save As Draft will save the entered information a draft to be retrieved later when required.

On Review and Submit screen, review the information carefully. The Administrator will see:
- The total number of students, teachers, school admins, and district admins being enrolled.
- A table displaying the role, school, first name, last name, email, password, and grade level for each student.

To Edit any teacher's information teacher can go back to first step by clicking on the Back to User Details.

Once the admin have verified all details, click the Enroll User button. The system will save all student accounts, and they will be ready for immediate use.

After clicking on the Enroll Users button, all the Teacher will be Registered and a green success notification will be displayed.

Now, admin can go back to the Classes Dashboard by clicking on the Return to Staff Dashboard on the top right.

Administrators can view newly enrolled users by navigating to the Staff Module.
