How to View and Print the Gradebook for a Custom Date Range

The Gradebook displays assignment data for the entire academic school year, users can use the custom date range filter to view assignments during a specific grading period.

Updated June 30th, 2026

While viewing the Gradebook for a specific class, teachers and administrators can limit the view of assignments by custom date range.  This is helpful to see assignment data for a specific grading period versus viewing all assignments for the entire academic school year.

To select the custom date range, select the calendar icon on the left in the filters.

Then select the Start field to be able to select the start and end dates in the pop-up calendar.

After selecting the start and end dates of your custom date range, select OK in the pop-up and select Apply Filters on the bottom left side of the screen.

The Gradebook will update to only displaying assignments within the custom date range.

After applying the custom date range filter, click on the green Print button in the top toolbar will print only the assignments for this class during this time period.
