How can District and Campus administrators export the User Usage Report?

To access the User Usage Report, teachers can access it in two ways: 
Way 1: Through the User Usage statistics report widget 
Way 2: Through the Reports tab

District Admin Usage Report Access 

To export the User Usage Report from the GO! Dashboard, the administrator clicks on the Take me to the Usage Report link in the User Statistics widget.

Clicking the Take me to Usage Report link redirects the administrator to the Usage Report screen.

The administrator can use the filters and metrics available on the left-hand side  of the screen to refine the Usage Report. The filters include School, Teacher, Class, Students, Logins, Total Logins, Course Views, and Assignments. After selecting the required filters, the administrator can click Run Report to view the Usage Report.

Exporting User Usage Reports at School Level:

 The administrator will notice the Usage Report displayed with School associated logins in correspondence to the selected filters previously. 

User Usage Report can be exported at any level. To Export the report, clicking on the Export button will display two options : Option 1: Excel and Option 2:  CSV. To export report at Schools level, click on the Export button. 

 By default, the export option CSV is selected in the Export Options modal box. 


Administrator can download the Usage Report for the respective Schools as an Excel file and CSV file.

Exporting User Usage Reports at Teacher Level:

Clicking on the School Name will drill down the user to the Teachers associated with it. Click on the Export Button available on the right corner of the screen. The Export Options modal will be displayed with 2 options : Excel and CSV. 


The Administrator can download the Usage Report for the respective Teachers as an Excel file and CSV file.

Exporting User Usage Reports at Class Level:
Clicking on the selected Teacher will drill down to display the associated Classes. Click on the Export Button available on the right corner of the screen. The Export Options modal will be displayed with 2 options : Excel and CSV. 


The Administrator can download the Usage Report for the respective classes as an Excel file and CSV file.

Exporting User Usage Reports at Student Level:
Clicking on the Class name will drill down to display the associated Students and teachers of the class. Click on the Export Button available on the right corner of the screen. The Export Options modal will be displayed with 2 options : Excel and CSV. 


Administrator can download the Usage Report for the respective Students as an Excel file and CSV file.

 
 

Campus Admin Usage Report Access 

To export the User Usage Report from the GO! Dashboard, the Campus Admin clicks on the Take me to the Usage Report link in the User Statistics widget.

Clicking the Take me to Usage Report link redirects the Campus Admin to the Usage Report screen.

By default, the Usage Report displays Teachers for the selected school or campus. The administrator can use the filters and metrics available on the left-hand side  of the screen to refine the report by Teacher, Class, Students, Logins, Total Logins, Course Views, and Assignments. 

After selecting the required filters, the administrator can click Run Report to view the updated Usage Report.

Exporting User Usage Reports at Teacher Level: 

The Campus Admin will notice the Usage Report displayed with Teachers associated logins in correspondence to the selected filters previously. 


Campus Admin can download the Usage Report for the respective Teachers as an Excel file and CSV file.

Exporting User Usage Reports at Class Level:
Clicking on the selected Teacher will drill down to display the associated Classes.


Campus Admin can download the Usage Report for the respective Classes as an Excel file and CSV file.

 
Exporting User Usage Reports at Student Level:

Clicking on the Class name will drill down to display the associated Students.
 


Campus Admin can download the Usage Report for the respective Students as an Excel file and CSV file.
