How Do I View Only Non-Rostered Students from the Students Tab?

To view Only Non-Rostered Students from the Students tab, the Administrator needs to follow two steps.
Step 1: Mass Registration of Students
To know the process of mass registration of students the following steps has to be followed. From the GO! dashboard, navigate to the Students tab.

Click on the + Add Multiple button on the right corner of the screen. The feature allows you to register multiple students simultaneously through an intuitive spreadsheet-like interface.
To register single student, the administrator will have to click on the Add New button.

Clicking on the + Add Multiple will display Add Multiple Accounts screen. The teacher can notice that the tabs are ordered as follows: Students, Teachers, School Admins, District Admins. By default, the Students tab will be displayed.

The District dropdown will be automatically default to the assigned district.

From the School dropdown, select the specific school where students will be enrolled.

Note: Only System Admins can change the district selection.
Enter the number of staff accounts you need to create in the numeric field. Click the "+ Add Accounts" button to generate that number of empty rows in the spreadsheet-like interface.

The user needs to key the following details to Add a Teacher.
- School Name (Administrator should select the school from the School dropdown)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password
After keying in the Number of Accounts field, click the +Add Accounts button. The system will immediately generate a list of Student entries corresponding to the number specified by the administrator.

For each Student's new registration the admin will have to key in the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address

- Password*: Field for setting a common password for all generated accounts.
- Generate button: Generates passwords in password field based on the entered number of accounts.
- Choose Grade Level*: Dropdown to apply a grade level for all accounts.
- Apply button: Applies bulk changes (like password or grade) to all listed students.
- Clear All button: Resets all entered information.
Admin have the flexibility to assign unique passwords to individual students, if they choose to customize these settings.
After completing all teacher entries, click the blue Continue to Review button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen. This will navigate the admin to the Review and Submit screen. Whereas clicking on the Save As Draft will save the entered information a draft to be retrieved later when required.

On this screen, review the information carefully. The administrator will notice a table displaying the role, school, first name, last name, email, password, and grade level for each student.

To Edit any student's information teacher can go back to first step by clicking on the Back to User Details.

Once the admin has verified all details, click the Enroll User button. The system will save all student accounts, and they will be ready for immediate use.

After clicking on the Enroll Users button, all the Students will be Registered and a green success notification will be displayed.

Now, Administrator can go back to the Staff Dashboard by clicking on the Return to Student Dashboard on the top right.

Notice that the Students dashboard doesn't display the students enrolled as Classes were not associated with enrolled non-rostered students.

The administrator will have to filter the non-rostered students to view in the Students dashboard.
Step 2: Filter Non-Rostered Students
To view Only Non-Rostered Students from the Students tab, administrator is required to navigate to the Students tab, filters are available on the left side of the page, including the “Only Non-Rostered Students for School” toggle button.

To view only those students who are not rostered for the school, turn this toggle ON. The Students screen will automatically refresh to display only non-rostered students.
