All About the Administrator Usage Statistics Widget
This new widget allows administrators to quickly view details about user logins, assignments created and assignments submitted for a specific time period.

The Usage Statistics Widget located at the top of the Administrator dashboard allows users to view statistics for user logins and assignments by time period.
District Administrators
By default, district administrators will initially view data for this week for the entire district.
Selecting the filters at the top will adjust the data by time period of Today, This Week, This Month, or This Year. By selecting to view data for This Year, administrators will see data for the academic calendar year (8/1/2025-7/30/2026).
To view data by school, make a selection from the School drop down menu.
To view data for all classes of an individual teacher, select the staff from the Staff dropdown after selecting specific school from the School dropdown.
Once filters have been adjusted, administrators can select the i icons to view more detailed information about the users who have logged in.

Assignments Created represents how many resources were assigned during the selected time period.
Assignments Submitted represents how many individual students submitted an assignment during the selected time period.
The user can export all three types of reports by simply clicking the "Export" button located below each Usage Statistics section.
Campus Administrators
By default, campus administrators will initially view data for this week, for all classes of the school(s) the administrator is rostered with.
Selecting the filters at the top will adjust the data by time period of Today, This Week, This Month, or This Year. By selecting to view data for This Year, administrators will see data for the academic calendar year (8/1/2025-7/30/2026).
To view data for all classes of an individual teacher, select the individual teacher (staff) from the Staff dropdown.
Once filters have been adjusted, administrators can select the i icons to view more detailed information about the users who have logged in.
