When an announcement is created, the user can select to have it auto-displayed to recipients to make sure they receive the important information.

After reading the announcement, users have a few options on the top right of the pop-up to help manage the message.

Delete To delete the announcement, select the trashcan icon then select the X on the top right of an auto-displayed announcement to close the announcement. Selecting delete will also remove the announcement from your Notifications Inbox. |

Mark as Read Selecting the circle with a checkmark will mark the announcement as read and the announcement will not auto-display again. Then select the X on the top right of an auto-displayed announcement to close the announcement. Selecting this option will move the announcement to Read in your Notifications. |

Archive Selecting the icon with a downward arrow will archive the announcement and remove it from your Notifications Inbox to the Archived tab. Then select the X on the top right of an auto-displayed announcement to close the announcement. This is a great option for saving an announcement for future reference. |

Close Auto-Displayed Announcement Selecting the X on the top right to close the auto-displayed announcement will remove the announcement from view for this online session, but not mark it as read. An auto-displaying announcement will reappear during your next online session if the end date & time on the announcement has not occurred and the announcement will remain in your Notifications Inbox. |
