How to Use the Read Aloud and Translate Features Within Interactive Assignments

Discover how to effectively utilize Read Aloud and Translate features in interactive assignments to enhance learning and accessibility.

Read Aloud

To have the entire page read aloud, select Read Aloud from the right toolbar.

 Then press Listen in the pop-up on the top left. 

To have select text read aloud, highlight the text you want read aloud by clicking and dragging over the text with your mouse. Then select Listen from the pop-up menu.

 
 

Translate

To have text translated, highlight the text you want translated by clicking and dragging your mouse over the text. 

Then select Translate from the pop-up menu and you'll receive a list of languages. The teacher is allowed to Search the language from the textbox or select from the language dropdown. 

Once you select a language, a pop-up will appear with the selected text translated. 

To have the translated text read aloud select the    play symbol at the top of the Translate pop-up.
