All About the My Students Widget

Teachers can quickly view a roster of students and their individual course averages by viewing the My Students Widget on the Dashboard.

Updated June 30th, 2026

The My Students widget displays all students rostered to the teacher in all classes or by individual class, depending on what is selected for the dashboard.  In addition to providing a roster of students, the widget also displays each students' average in the course.

As a default, students names are blurred, or hidden from view, so teachers can safely project their dashboard to the class without identifying individual students.

To show or hide student names/ select the blue eyeball icon      next to the Name header.

The second column from the left, lists the students' names along with the  Last Login date and time stamp of the student.

The third column from the left, lists the students' course average on digital assignments.

The fourth column from the left, list the Assignments Count of the submitted and non-submitted (closed) assignment count of the student assignment.

To view all students, select the View All button on the bottom left of the widget or from the left side navigation bar.

Student Section

To view your roster of students, first select and apply your preferred filters on the left.

The Students screen provides teachers with additional information for students such as students' username/email and account status.
