How do I export single assignment from the Gradebook as a CSV or Excel file?

Updated July 16th, 2026

Accessing a Single Assignment from the Gradebook

Navigate to the Gradebook tab from the GO! application.

Then select the class the student is rostered in.

After selecting and clicking on the Assignment Title, Assignment Management Options menu will be displayed. Select the Export option from the menu.

Steps to Export Single Assignment Report from Gradebook

After clicking Export option, Choose Your Export Format modal will be displayed.

By default, the system is set to export the file in CSV format, display score values in Points. The teacher is allowed to switch the export format from CSV to Excel. Similarly, if a teacher wants to analyze student performance in terms of percentages rather than points, they can change the score type from Points to Percentage using the radio button.

Clicking on the Export button generates the single assignment report. Once clicked, the system prepares the file in the chosen format CSV or Excel, and then automatically downloads it to the teacher’s device.

The Cancel button closes the export settings window without saving any changes or downloading a file.

Various kinds of Export Formats:

1. Export of Single Assignment Using CSV format, Score Value in Points.

2. Export of Single Assignment Using CSV format, Score Value in Percentage.

3. Export of Single Assignment Using Excel format, Score Value in Points

4. Export of Single Assignment Using Excel format, Score Value in Percentage
