How do I access the Individual Assignment Report?

Accessing the Individual Assignment Report

Access Individual Assignment Report from the Assignment Title of the Gradebook

Navigate to the Gradebook tab of the GO! application.  

Then select the class the student is rostered in. 

Then select the Assignment and click on the title. It will display a pop-up menu of assignment management options.                                 

Within the assignment management options click on Reports > Individual Assignment Report option. 

The teacher will be navigated to the  Individual Assignment Report page. 

 
 

Access Individual Assignment Report from the Score Pill of the Individual Student

Navigate to the Gradebook tab of the GO! application.  


Then select the class the student is rostered in. 


Then select the student Score Pill. It will display a pop-up menu of assignment management options. 

Within the assignment management options click on Reports > Individual Assignment Report option. 

The teacher will be navigated to the Individual Assignment Report page. 

 
 

Accessing Through Item Analysis Report

After logging into the GO! dashboard, select the Reports tab from the left-side navigation menu.

From the Reports page, click on Item Analysis Report under the Favorite Reports section or from the available reports list.

On the Select Assignment screen:

  • Choose the assignment by clicking on the radio button next to its title.
  • After selecting the assignment, click the Run button at the bottom-right corner.

A full Item Analysis Report will load showing:

  • Each test question and question type
  • Standards alignment
  • Student responses and correctness (color-coded)
  • Individual student scores
  • Class-level averages and performance distribution

Teachers can scroll to the All Students section at the bottom of the report to view a report icon located next to student's name. 

 

Clicking on the Reports icon will display a pop-up menu to select the Individual Assignment Report option.  

The teacher will be navigated to the Individual Assignment Report page. 

 
 

Accessing Individual Assignment Report through Summary Tab

Teachers can locate the Grade Summary page by clicking on the assignment title from the Needs Grading widget, the Assignment Due widget and  the Gradebook module. 

Then select the class the student is rostered in.

Then select the Assignment and click on the title. It will display a pop-up menu of assignment management options. Within the assignment management options, select the Summary Option.                                  

The teacher will be navigated to the Summary Tab.

Navigate to the Summary page. In the All Students section, locate the student’s name. On the right side of the student’s name, the Reports icon will be available.

Clicking the Report icon displays a pop-up menu with available report options. The teacher will have to select the Individual Assignment Report option.

The teacher will be navigated to the Individual Assignment Report page.
